Happy Holidays everyone! 
68% of you have filled out your surveys so far. Thank you so much for doing so! If you have not done yours yet, please make sure to soon. Now onto the update- I have recieved some stickers and pins for the campaign so you all can see them in physical form.

Here are what two of the stickers look like- the 3" Nem and the 2.5" Early Bird. If you look close at the photos you can see that the design is a raised texture on top of the fluorescent background. 

Then, we have Pride Pin samples! I took photos at different angles so you can see the holographic reflection. The rainbows show up in different ways depending on the light- they are stronger in darker light and least powerful in bright light.

The smoke tests went successfully and I was able to make a few small changes to make them easier to fill out. So it's now time for everyone to recieve their survey! Check the email associated with your Backerkit account to get a link directly to it. You can also find it under "Your Pledges and Surveys" when you click your profile picture in the top right on the Backerkit website.

Within the survey, you confirm your ordered items and choose between options available for them- like which plush doll you want! You can also add any additional items you'd like. Please fill out your survey asap, so I can order outfits! You have until Febuary to make any changes to your survey, as I plan to lock them in then. Meaning if you change your mind on which doll you want later, you can revisit your survey and make that edit- as long as its before locking! This time allows me to look over every survey and make sure everything looks just right, as well as give you all extra time to make any changes. The date is February rather than when samples are complete so I can order outfits sooner rather than later for a higher chance of them still being in stock. I will be ordering extras so I can order as soon as surveys are complete rather than when surveys lock- this means after I send out an update saying I have ordered outfits please refrain from a lot of changes when it comes to clothing in your survey! Before I send that update however, you can change anything you'd like.

Speaking of outfits- please remember they are found in add-ons only! If you order a doll without an outfit add-on to go with it, the doll will arrive nude without clothing. This is so you can order outfits elsewhere if you prefer as any 20cm plush doll outfits will fit. (Or 15cm for Nougat).

Shipping will be charged close to fufillment rather than now. This is because shipping rates change over time, so by waiting until it is time to ship we can have the most fair transaction. Expect this around August-September.

Hi friends,
95% of people have successfully paid- thank you all! Therefore I've decided we can send out smoke tests ahead of the estimated date, that way we can get surveys out to everyone sooner. If you recieved an email saying its time to fill out your survey, you are one of the 5% that get to do so early! Please complete your survey sooner rather than later so it can be sent to everyone else. You can edit your survey later on so don't worry about your choices being set in stone!

I have also added one new item that will be available to add within your surveys. Tiny stickers of the doll artwork! You can see a mock-up I made below. Each sticker is 1-inch on its longest side, with a border matching their adoption certificate color. They are matte with a sand glitter frosted overlay and a soft bumpy texture! You can find them in the add-ons for only $7 USD. They will be available later on within my Etsy for $9, so this is your chance to get them cheaper!

Survey development has been completed, however I will be waiting until the 16th to send out the smoke test in order to allow time for those with declined cards to get their payment through. Currently, BackerKit is doing a setup review to make sure the survey looks good!

I am going to send the rest of the designs to my manufacturer as soon as Kom's poll ends so we can work on getting them ready for production. This includes Tammy, Marz, Cal, Nougat, Utopia, Kom, F!Sol, M!Sol, and the Vriki Coin Purse! They will be looking over these and letting me know if anything needs to be altered in order to bring them into three-dimensional reality, as well as showing the fabric. Sym has already gone through this process with his personal manufacturer and had his design checked over, but we are waiting for me to recieve the BackerKit funds to continue. 

I have been told Nem and Tang's physical development has taken longer than it usually would due to a mistake on their end, but we should see their faces within the next few days!! 

I have also put my order in for the Early Bird, Campaign, and Anemone Fluorescent Stickers as well as some Pride Pin samples.

Hello all,
The IWATEX Unofficial Plush Campaign has ended extremely successfully! Not only did we unlock the creation of a whole 16 plush dolls, but we also got every backer a freebie sticker, unlocked custom pride pins, and even reached the plush coin purse! With all of your help, we hit a whole 19 stretch goals (with the original amount only being 15) and raised an amazing $11,769 USD. This wouldn't have been possible without you 43 backers, thank you so, so much.

So, what's next?

Your card was charged when the campaign ended- It will take up to 2 weeks for a payment to get processed all the way to me. Make sure to check if the payment went through or got declined. If your card does not get charged properly for any reason, do not fret! You have some time to try again with that, or a different card. The sooner this is done, the better. However, if you do not currently have the funds you do have some time. Pay Over Time backers will be charged their payment in quarters over two months. If you are doing this, please do your best to make sure each charge does go through so there are no extra delays. 

BackerKit needs 24 to 48 hours to finalize the data and update the survey information. I've done what I can before it finalizes when it comes to making it, but need to wait until that data is added to finish up. I'll be working hard to get the survey done soon as possible! When it is, I will send out a "Smoke Test". This means sending out the survey to 5% of backers spread out between the pledge levels so I can be sure it is running smoothly. If you end up part of this test, please fill out your survey asap! Afterwards, everyone that is fully paid gets to fill out their survey. You'll be notified by recieving an email that starts with "Response Needed", that's the link to fill out your survey! I will also of course post an Update announcing it. You can also find your survey on the BackerKit website by clicking on your profile picture in the upper right, and then selecting "Your Pledges and Surveys". Pay Over Time backers will fill out theirs after the two months have passed. 

In the survey, you will be able to pick the character for each doll, the design for each outfit, and any particulars for add-ons chosen. If there are no options for an add-on, you will just see a confirmation. Afterwards, you will have the chance to add any last minute items from the add-ons section, such as the new coin purse! This late addition can be changed at any time while surveys are open, but will be locked once survey time closes (don't worry, you'll recieve a notification before they close). 

Until all orders are fufilled, I will be sending you all updates like this on the progress! Such as design confirmations, photos of the dolls, processing updates, and so on. I am very excited to get these Exocolonists created and into your hands. Thanks again for supporting the campaign!
